1. Service Description

Top Detail, LLC provides professional automotive detailing services including but not limited to interior cleaning, exterior washing, paint correction, ceramic coating, paint protection film (PPF), wet sanding, and odor control.

All services are performed by trained professionals using professional-grade equipment and products. Service availability and pricing may vary based on vehicle condition and specific requirements.

2. Scheduling and Appointments

Services are available Monday through Friday with weekend availability for scheduled appointments. We offer free pickup and drop-off service within 15 miles of our location at 2569 County Rd. S., Sturgeon Bay, WI 54235.

Appointments must be scheduled in advance. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment to avoid cancellation fees.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Pricing is based on individual vehicle assessment and service requirements.

Additional charges may apply for vehicles requiring extra attention due to excessive dirt, pet hair, or other challenging conditions not disclosed at the time of booking.

4. Vehicle Condition and Liability

Customers must disclose any existing damage, mechanical issues, or special conditions of their vehicle before service begins. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or issues not disclosed by the customer.

While we take every precaution to protect your vehicle, Top Detail, LLC's liability for any damage is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not responsible for damage to items left in the vehicle.

Customers are responsible for removing all personal items from their vehicle before service begins. Top Detail, LLC is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.

5. Service Guarantee

We stand behind our work and guarantee customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion to discuss resolution options.

Our paint correction services can remove up to 70% of scratches with our one-step process, or up to 90% with our two-step correction, depending on the severity and depth of the damage.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

We collect and use customer information only as necessary to provide our services. We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties except as required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

Top Detail, LLC's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.

8. Modifications to Terms

Top Detail, LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be resolved in the appropriate courts of Door County, Wisconsin.
